Lethabong residence consists of six blocks, each with three floors accommodating approximately 18 residents per floor. As a relatively new residence, Lethabong is still exploring and shaping its block identities, with potential block names forming part of the excitement of building the Lethanong Way. Clash of the Blocks is a highly anticipated annual event that brings residents together through friendly competition and strengthens brotherhood within Lethabong. 

Each floor is supported by a dedicated floor leader, while a House Committee member is responsible for overseeing the block. The House Committee member works hand in hand with the floor leaders to support order, discipline, psychosocial matters, emergency support, and the reporting of maintenance issues. This structure helps ensure that residents are supported, connected, and well-represented within the residence.
