The nomination period for the 2025/2026 SCC and SRC:DSO Elections opened on 15 July 2025 at 10:00 and will conclude on 22 July 2025 at 12:00. NO LATE NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Institutional Rules on Student Governance (2025), the following schedule for the 2025 SCC and SRC: DSO election is hereby published to the student community of the North-West University. Students are requested to familiarize themselves with the content thereof, taking note of the relevant dates indicated for each phase of the process.

Registration of Student Support Groups
In accordance with paragprah 10.4 of the Institutional Rules on Student Governance, Student Support Groups are required to register with the ISEC. Student Support groups have opportunity until 25 July 2025 at 15:00 to register with the ISEC via the online form and template provided below.
