Single rooms: An internet point, one bed and mattress, a built-in desk and a chair, two bookshelves, a built-in cupboard, a heater, blinds in front of the window, a full-length mirror and an intercom.

Wanda consists of four blocks, with a bright green courtyard. Every block has two sides and four floors.
