Corridor 1- Villa-Hê
"We do things our own way." Villa-Hê is a corridor for individualists. The atmosphere in the hallway is indescribable because you can't put us in a box or stereotype us. A hallway filled with eccentric, diverse, loud, sporty, and artistic inhabitants – a recipe for a hallway with lots of spirit and positivity. The theme of the corridor is Indians and the mascot is an Indian woman, Ayana Southwind Spirit, symbolizing freedom. Because here in VH, you have the freedom to be yourself. Together we are a unit in diversity.
Corridor 2- Histeria
"If you can't convince them, confuse them." Histeria is the pink flower corridor and we call ourselves the ladies of the residence. Our corridor mascot is a fairy, Phoebe, who wears her flower crown with pride with the rest of the corridor. Our favourite traditions are eating marshmallows with condensed milk and flakes and having picnics under the Histeria tree which is located behind the residence. On Wednesdays we wear pink and we all strive to be loving, spontaneous, joyful and stylish Histeria ladies, like the lady on our wall.
Corridor 3- Molesnes
There is a reason we are at the top. With a breathtaking view and the sound of laughter, this buzzing corridor has a place for everyone. From sport to culture we excel in every field. Lilac, Indigo and Periwinkle are just a few owls we are proud of. There is nothing like a coffee and a conversation with a sunset or even a sunrise on Molesnes.
We built this city (from starships) from the ground up, so that every lady that lives in it has a special home away from home.
Corridor 4- GORGO
GORGO, located in the P-block, is known as the oldest, most traditional corridor in Vergeet-My-Nie ladies residence. With its patio barbecues, Oros actions, and good spirits, GORGO creates an environment where students can have fun and make lasting memories. The corridors name is always written in capital letters, highlighting GORGO's bold presence. GORGO embraces the motto “Old enough to know better, young enough to do it anyway”. We foster a sense of sisterhood and celebration, making GORGO a place of positivity and excitement. It's a corridor that embodies the essence of youthful enthusiasm and the joy of student life.
Corridor 5 - Harla Boerla
"Life gives you one chance – make your mark."
Recognized as the corridor with the liveliest atmosphere, and per definition, LOUD, Harla Boerla embodies a diverse group of girls with distinct personalities. From NWU sport players, to campus arts performers, as well as leadership representatives. Despite our differences, we stand united, always ready to engage in fun, collaborate on tasks, and support each other through all circumstances. One of our oldest traditions, are our personalised spirit sticks that we use to cheer on our fellow ladies. Within Harla Boerla, we wholeheartedly embrace our motto, seizing every chance to make a positive impact wherever we find ourselves. Beyond being just the green and lilac corridor, we are one big, loud, happy family.
SIEM SALA BIEM DIS HARLA BOERLA WAT JY SIEN!
Corridor 6- Bacchus
"Once a Bacchus girl, always a Bacchus girl!" What happens in Bacchus stays in Bacchus, but this is an exception to give you an idea of what you can expect from this corridor. Bacchus is the BLUE corridor, where secrecy and pride are the order of the day. It is an honor to live in Bacchus and you will quickly be made part of a proud and traditional family. The block lounge is more of a home than your own room, and Bacchus women love to come together and enjoy life to the fullest.
